  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of sweet potato

Why these ingredients?

The oranges are packed with immune building vitamin C. The sweet potato is a great complex carb. Carbohydrates are important after a workout as it helps to replenish glycogen stores in muscles. Sweet potato is also high in potassium that muscles need after training.

Almonds are super high in vitamin A that helps to protect your cells. Just like chia seeds they are high in protein that is essential to help muscles recover after training.

Have you ever realized just how dehydrated you can become from training? Coconut water is great to re hydrate and to replace lost electrolytes.
