  • 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 2 cups of raw kale
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons of spirulina powder
  • 1 banana
  • 60 grams of vanilla flavored whey protein powder
  • 2 cups of water
  • ice cubes
