Blueberry Orange Superfood Smoothie Recipe
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons soy milk
1 teaspoon of honey
