Prepare and Pack 8 Simple Smoothie Packs for the Week
The best way to make sure that you eat healthily is to plan and have the right ingredients ready when you need them. I love to prepare smoothie packs, because it saves time in the mornings. I can use all my fruit and vegetables and waste much less. Best of all, I always know exactly what I am eating.
I tend to make smoothie packs from whatever I have available, but am always looking for new ideas.
In this video Lynne shops and packs her fruit for 8 days. When she is ready to make her smoothie she adds fresh greens like spinach, kale or collards and liquids like water, yogurt, almond or coconut milk. She could also add protein powders and seeds.
