Gut Healing Green Smoothie Recipe
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 stalks of red kale
- 3 stalks of dinosaur kale
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 teaspoon of probiotic powder
- 2 tablespoons of Great Lakes collagen
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy…
She likes to make it with berries, but you can substitute them with any other frozen fruit. She says her body needs protein, so she likes to add protein powder to her smoothies.
