What do you snack on in the afternoon when you feel a little hungry or have a craving for something sweet?
Me? I make a smoothie snack. When I have a smoothie as an afternoon snack, I try to limit the amount of fruit I add to the smoothie.
The idea is to just get me over that hunger slump. I am sure you know exactly what I am referring to.
