This super simple smoothie takes minutes to make, is super healthy and is packed with nutrients.
He likes to add lots of greens in his smoothie. With baby spinach, kale and broccoli, this drink gives you lots of nutrients. The coconut water is hydrating and the fruit add more vitamins and gives the smoothie it its super taste.

Lean Green Smoothie Snack – Recipe
1/2 Cup of Greek yogurt
1 Cup of coconut water
Big handful of spinach
Handful of kale
Handful of broccoli trees
1/2 juice of lemon
Mix all together and enjoy…
