It is never too early to prepare our immune systems for winter and what better way than to drinks lots of healthy easy to make smoothies. These 3 ingredient smoothies can not be easier to make. If you don’t drink as many smoothies as you would like, because you just don’t know what smoothie to make, then try these.

Recipe 1 – Apple, Ginger and Spinach

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1/4 spoon of grated ginger
  • 1 big handful of spinach

Blend all together and enjoy…

If this smoothie is a bit too thick for your liking add some water. If you like spicy, you can add more ginger.

  • 2 mango
  • 1 table spoon of soaked chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

I love chia seeds because of their protein and fat content. It is a true super food. I often soak them overnight in a bit of water, but you can also soak them for 20 minutes in a bit of the coconut milk that you are going to add to this recipe.
