Is it even a good idea to try and lose lots of weight overnight?

In response to some questions from the post last week about the Crispy Apple Smoothie Shrink Drink and The Overnight Diet, I found the video below from the author where she explains the whole program.

In summary the Overnight Diet consists of two parts:

One Day Power Up

This is one day where you can indulge in yummy smoothies. She includes 25 smoothie shrink drink recipes in her program. These smoothies are high in protein and mixed with delicious fruits and vegetables.

The objective is to give you energy to keep going for the rest of week. These satisfying smoothies gets muscles revved up, burns fat, increase metabolic rate and your metabolism. The aim is to lose at least 2 pounds after the first day and to feel more energized.

Six Day Fuel Up

Here you will follow a scientifically designed eating program where you can lose weight whilst eating lots of healthy food. This is because the suggested food is nutrient dense and has a lot of volume so you will feel satisfied whilst losing weight.
