She says she lost the first 20 pounds fast just by cutting out fast foods and sugary drinks. She then started having a smoothie for breakfast and a smoothie for lunch. These smoothies are all very filling, so she is never hungry. It also gives her a way to get some more greens and fruit into her diet.
