Detox and Nourish Your Body with this Super Green Smoothie

We live in a world where most people are overfed, but under nourished. For me making smoothies is the easiest way to access more nutrients. There is just no other way that I can get this much greens into my diet.

And even if I could eat this much greens, blending greens helps to breakdown the walls of the leaves making it easier for the body to absorb and assimilate the nutrients.

So if you think your body needs some nourishment, try Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie…

Glowing Green Smoothie

Kimberly uses a Vitamix to blend her smoothies, but you can really use any blender.
