Super Healthy Dairy Free Fruit Smoothie – video and recipe

Dairy Free Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 table spoon of black chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder
  • 1 1/2 cup of frozen watermelon
  • 3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango

Blend until smooth… and enjoy!

On a side note

I soak chia seeds for at least 20 minutes before I add them to my smoothies.
