Banana and Oats Smoothie Recipe
1 small ripe banana
2/3 cup of milk
2/3 cup of vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon honey
Blend until smooth… and enjoy!
On a Side Note
If you like your smoothies really cold, then use a frozen banana.
