How to make a super healthy breakfast smoothie with Jamie Oliver
Making smoothies is not rocket science. You want to get two things out of a smoothie. Firstly a really nutritious, healthy and balanced smoothie or in this case breakfast. Secondly you want delicious flavor.
Jamie likes to add protein – diary (yogurt and milk) or nut milks and carbohydrates from oats to turn a drink into a complete nutritious breakfast.
